O Pesadelo

I tried my best to make it feel like a depressive and scary nightmarish feel. Like someone is crying for help but nobody can actualy help (which happens in the end of Earthbound).

When I look at it I think I kinda put myself in this art and tried to be as "expressionist" as possible. It actualy was heavily inspired by the german expressionism which was dark and sad in a lot the arts made for the movement.

Since my life as an visual artist (specially in the case of my drawings) is facing one of the worst moments this art kind of fits well. I see my artist soul crying for help, nobody can do anything and the world around me seems to be falling apart, just like I illustraded in this art.

This painting refers to a point in the story of Earthbound and the music to another. I did it with the intention that those two completes each other.
